Seniors and Senior Parents, the FAFSA is officially open, and early reports are saying it is easier than ever to complete! If you have not done so, now is a great time for you and your parents/guardians to create your FSA ID at studentaid.gov and begin the FAFSA process.
Typically, you will need the following to complete the FAFSA
Social Security Number
Tax returns and records of any financial information disclosed in tax returns, as well as current checking account balances
If applicable to your family; records of investments, businesses, and farms
FSA ID for the student and family members filling out the FAFSA
We plan on hosting a FAFSA night for families that need assistance with the application. I ask that ALL seniors and their parents fill out the following form so we can get a good idea of when to have the event; https://forms.gle/TXvhMnpTj31MqnVD8
If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Davis at the HS office!

Ms. Shadix’ classes are busy in “Santa’s Workshop” preparing for Homecoming festivities! These students are learning skills that can be used for years to come!

It's a big week at Gary ISD! Don't forget, Thursday is our annual Literacy Night, where families can come in and listen to Christmas stories read by our Elementary teachers! We will have door prizes, hot chocolate, cookies, and decorations so come out December 5th at 5:45pm! Then on Saturday is our epic Festival of Lights from 10am to 3pm, with vendors, food, crafts, Santa, and of course our students and local favorites singing! That evening will also be the Christmas parade, so we hope everyone comes out to enjoy all the happenings!

Tomorrow starts our countdown to Christmas with our favorite holiday shirts! Check out the flyer for more details!

Wishing all of our Bobcat Family a Happy Thanksgiving!

Gary Jr. FFA & Gary 4-H member Monse Chavez participated at the NAILE (North American International Livestock Exposition) Show this week in Louisville, Kentucky with her HOMEGROWN doe (which means Monse bred and raised the goat from her own herd).
Monse and her goat “Penny” placed 3rd overall at this national show in showmanship and 7th in their extremely tough class.
Congrats to Monse and her parents who have had an amazing start to this show season! We look forward to more successes from their family and T4 Livestock!
